I bought a copy of Fleet Action Imminent from Old Dominion Game Works many years ago. But I have lost my password. I have experienced a lot of frustration being unable to log on to ask rules questions or download free content.

I've tried asking for a service help, but the response is that I have to log in. Of course, the problem is that I can't log in! I found a link somewhere on the internet to recover or reset a lost password and tried that. But it didn't work. I tried to re-register my product and open a new account, but the response was that I couldn't because my email address is already in use.

I don't see any phone number for Old Dominion Game Works. I'm almost at the point of sending the company a paper letter! Does anyone have any idea 💡 how I can recover my account with this company?

I sent an email to Lonnie Gill of ODGW for you.

Yes, Kenny Noe, the email address is correct. I went back and searched through my spam and trash folders and found the ODGW emails from March 26. Password is now reset and I now can sign in.

Thank you so much!
