Enjoyed the video and like the idea. I've loved all the detail that are in his videos for miniatures. |

That is a great idea. You always forget the off board units. Thanks for sharing! |

Really cool! Just thinkin', but they do look like functional, proto-vignettes. ("vignettes" – not for O-Group, or 12mm, but "proto" for smaller, unit-based gaming) |

Intriguing idea and a great use for figures that would not normally appear on the table. |

Whatever works for you, but seems like a solution looking for a problem to me. |

Fitz, I think it is for modelers/gamers looking to make some unusual creations. Cheers all Joe |

I was just reminded of why I liked Ryan's idea here so much, and with the look of his trays (but sort of functioning in a different way). When Shapeways went belly-up, I lost my source for the 1/500th scale minis I was using for this 1980s Cold War gone Hot project. (though all is not lost)

Well I have the problem of having artillery that will never be used because it would not be on the table in a game. This gives me the chance to display my toys in a game. Instead of just being in the box. FlyXWire, How big are your bases? That looks great. |

Thank you Micman! These round bases are 80mm, or about 3 1/8 inches across. |
