Hi
Modifiers for Infantry fire are -2 for light rain/snow and -5 for Heavy rain/snow but no modifiers for Artillery? Have I missed them or should I use the same modifiers?

Quite possible, rain definitely effects small arms, but cannon ammunition is better protected. The match to set off the piece might be the worse part in rain

Maybe just a -2 for artillery during heavy rain/snow then does that sound reasonable?
