It's a cool place. I visit nearly every time I'm in London.
Part of the appeal is it's not well known & usually empty.

And I like looking at the stabled horses through the glass partition.

Stayed at the Royal Horseguards Hotel two weeks ago and toured the museum for the Horseguards. Enjoyed the whole thing thoroughly and was intrigued to learn the US and USSR embassies were there in the hotel during WW2 on the 6th and 5th floor respectively and MI-6 was essentially founded on the 8th.
