I've got this vague idea that we did, but it was some time ago, and more of a polmil committee type game.

As I can't find it on my blog, we are talking 20+ years ago. Or I have misremembered and we just talked about it.

The National Museum in Havana has a few rooms dedicated to the "mercenary invasion." The maps on display indicated that there could be some good tactical scenarios to game, but it is not a period of history that I give much thought to. Random events could include naval gunfire support, air support, armor support, an airborne drop …
