This is becoming an annual event, the Lidl artificial grass mats are back for £7.99 GBP each. YouTube link They are green, measure one metre by two metres, and have a rubber non-slip backing which rolls up easily. In the outro I include links to my two previous videos. I have noticed that they can also turn up in Aldi in the UK and I would guess these Belgian-made mats may turn up in other stores and other countries. A bargain! Barry |

In parts of the USA, Menards stores in particular, there is an indoor/outdoor carpet, FossŪ Tee Time Grasshopper Indoor/Outdoor Carpet, 6 ft. Wide, cut to length as desired, currently selling for $0.39 USD/square foot. Unlike many indoor/outdoor carpets, the Foss Tee Time product has zero patterns in it. It wears like iron, it can be shampooed, and/or vacuumed to clean it. I used my Hot Wire Cutter to carve up open cell foam pieces to make hills that match my carpet ground cloth, Hot Gluing the carpet cut-off's to the foam, wrapping the foam around the edges, making stackable, modular hills. Here is what it looks like on my 9.5 foot by 5.5 foot table; here it is in game, with terrain and figures sitting atop it. If you use carpet of any sort, for ground cloth, be sure to use a carpet non-skid pad beneath it. It will slip and slide, terribly, if you do not have a non-slip mat beneath it. Cheers! |

Another product widely available in the States is Eco-Rug, made from recycled pop bottles it is nearly indestructible. can be washed with a garden hose, seems to be entirely solvent resistant and takes paint (latex or spray) very well. It comes in 6'x8' rolls for around $20 USDUS link
this has a light dry-brush of brown over it |

I am glad to see that there are alternatives in other countries! Barry |

I would also like to thank the editor who corrected my misspelling of mats as 'mays'. TY! |
