Big fan of the ACW for decades currently working on a large project to build large F&F armies using converted Warlord Epic strips cut down. I'm going going for big brigades of 12 to 14 stands (6 infantry per stand) and lots of flags! All explained in my short video below. THese figures are very inexpensive so perfect for anyone new wanting to get into the period.
Cheers,
Lee.

Looking good!

I like the massed troops on the stands. This should look impressive on the gaming table.

Wargamig Epic scale falls between 10mm and 15mm?

How many troops does a stand represent? 100 men, 200men, or some other value?

You might consider downloading the (free) BFF2 QRF at Fire and Fury Games just to see how the weapons types have changed. Although there is nothing wrong with continuing to play using the original BFF rules. I still do.

Great work. I've been hesitant to cut mine up.

When i first saw the epic ACW I thought that if they could be cut they would be perfect for FnF. I already have massive armies for both sides so not for me. But a good place to start for beginners.

Nice paint job!
If your playing F&F your games will last a very long time playing with 14 stands a regiment…….
