I updated my QRS to 3rd edition and have made several changes and improvements. It is now available on Wargame Vault as a free download. If you get it from there, you'll be notified of future updates etc. Feedback welcomed and encouraged. link

My friend has the figures and all the books. I really just use real TO&E and write my own scenarios to run at the club (he's time poor). So I don't really use the army books at all.
