Agree, very nicely painted. But I think you may have the Colonel's colors misplaced. I don't know how the French place their unit colors but in the British and American armies the "senior" color is always on its own right. I would presume that would fold true in the Ancien Regime also. With the figures being individually based on the movement trays, it seems like an easy fix – just switch the position of the Colonel's color and the regimental color.
