So, I was hoping to go to my first convention – Adepticon 2025. But it appears registration is closed already. I do not want to participate in games, but rather just want to wander, watch, observe, etc. Is there no way to attend as a walk in?

Anyone with experience having been at Adepticon before, please help?

Thank you in advance.

"Onsite badges, and tickets for available events, will be for sale at the convention starting Thursday, March 27th, 2025 at 7:00AM. Please visit the registration desk located on the third floor of the Baird Center to purchase badges, event tickets, and AdeptiCon merchandise. We accept cash and all major credit cards."

Do I need an AdeptiCon Badge just to observe? Absolutely not! AdeptiCon has always fully encouraged spectators of all ages. An AdeptiCon Badge is only required if you plan on playing in an event, attending a seminar or entering a painting competition. Demos, free events, and the gaming/exhibitor halls are otherwise open to the public unless an exhibitor specifies otherwise. Please note, use of the Open Gaming tables requires an AdeptiCon Badge.

Yes, please go! You won't be disappointed. It is a great con, and the people supporting it do a wonderful job to make you feel welcome. I plan on being there the entire time.

I have gone to Adepticon several times. I have always been abler to just walk through and see what is going on. You can also buy things from venders that way as well.
