Great report, but $30 USD for a full show entrance fee is too rich for you? Yikes. That's downright cheap among shows I've seen.

I was going to look in at Comic con (shudder) a couple of years back and was lucky enough to walk by the ticket booth after a family of 3 who had to buy a family of 4 tickets. The staff asked me if I wanted the remaining ticket.

To top it off, as I walked in, the Jurassic Park theme was playing. And then I bought some comics from one of the few adults/persons of natural hair colour in the building.

I remember when adults outnumbered children, the only people with funny hair were in costume (as a franchise character) and it was all about film/tv/games.

But yes, some thing are over priced.
