Hey You | 28 Feb 2025 7:50 a.m. PST |
Both 6th and 7th edition mention this, but I cannot find it: "Starguard rules are flexible enough to simulate battles between many types offered: if you wish, you can use them with any science fiction or fantasy figures you have on hand. The Archaic Weapons section (See on-line appendix) even allows you to fight troops from other historical eras. Imagine what would happen if the Starguard ran into an army from the past." Anyone know where it is located? I have the d12 list from 2nd edition, but I have never seen the list for later versions. I was just curious how the charts looked. Thanks, Hey You |

I once ran a game (using the Beyond the Gates of Antares rules, I think) pitting a small band of shipwrecked space troopers against my Napoleonic Austrian army! It was very easy for the space guys to kill the primitives and very hard for the primitives to hurt the space guys, but there were endless waves of the primitives and they slowly wore down the space guys. I made little paper dead guys for the primitives and the field was littered with hundreds of them before the rescue boat arrived to whisk the survivors away. Great fun! :) |
