The battle is off to a great start as my new Hessian brigade gets it first taste of action.

The battle report seems to break off abruptly -- am I not navigating the site correctly? The last photo/entry I see is "Again, Lascelles' card is the last to be drawn (I need to shuffle better!). His disciplined ranks fire yet another volley into the muddled ranks of Stewart's regiments. It is not war. It is slaughter. "

So the Jacks lose? Quelle dommage!!And what rules again are being used, were these home-brewed (if I remember rightly?)

Thanks for your comment. In following up on your observation I would agree that it does end rather abruptly. These were just the first five turns and I couldn't "Part One" into the title here at TMP. I just posted an account of turns 6 and 7. There will be one more post after that to reveal the conclusion.
Thanks again for taking the time to comment.
The rules are home-brewed, cobbling together mechanics from Black Powder and Sharp Practice. A little Fire and Fury is also included. They have been working really well for me so far. Here is a link to a tutorial battle I posted on YouTube if you are interested.

Ta, winser54! I recall your earlier posts about your Jacobite project. If you were closer to me, we could collaborate on some games or campaigns! Keep up the good work!
