Both 1/2400, both GHQ. Scharnhorst is depicted in its Operation Cerberus livery, not sure about Gneisenau's, it would be around the end of 1940… at a time it was supposed to be undergoing repairs in Germany. oh, well. Scharnhorst too is a "repaired" model, the last of the ones I bought for cheap last year, and not based as it won't be added to my collections.
