H 'The H Man' – the little card is wrong and I have replaced it, the actual character in Dr Who is Cpl Benson, later Sgt Benson etc. I thought he was called Benton until I looked it up!!! |

Thanks Forrester, I don't know why my computer told me otherwise! – I will retrieve the binned cards immediately! Right, thanks all, its all changed on the blog and in my rules and cards. I am glad it Benton like I always thought it was! Can you tell I was playing Jo Grant?….!!! |

Hi, all I can say is it appeared from somewhere, probably while I was doing an image search. I had always thought it was Benton, so it must have come from somewhere!!! Computers do the whackiest things it seems…probably the 'Great Intelligence' in the works. I cannot find the name Benson anywhere either now. Bizarre. |

Hi again, All I can think from looking through my browsing history is I accidentally typed something into a search, and I got a suggested search of 'Do You mean SGT Benson U.N.I.T?' and I got the impression I had been wrong. Who knows what happened, i am just glad there are folks able to correct me when I get stuff wrong!!! Either way, It was nice to get my new 3-D printed 'Bessie' on table, which allowed me to use my Jon Pertwee and Katy Manning figures! |

I have a friend who is a Dr Who fan and helped with a lot of questions I had. Unfortunately he didn't go on TMP or look at my blog report till I mentioned the furore my post generated! I am close to getting them on our website, but I would like another go at the rules with my friends too. I only readily accepted the name change because I was very tired (Blogging late at night is never good!) and because the spelling change sounded plausibly close, making me think I had been wrong since the 1970's. IMHO I think your above comment is a bit harsh.
I will get it sorted and checked before I publish the rules, never fear! |
