A new one, 1st Saturday in May. Quoting the e-mail from Paul Wenzel, the organizer:
3 May 2025 Doors open at 8:30AM, gaming from 9AM to 11PM
at the Roosevelt Room of the Fort Harrison Inn 5830 North Post Road Indianapolis, IN 46216
Admission is $20 USD USD and includes all-day gaming, coffee, and water.
There will be six "game areas" of 10 feet by 22 feet each. Each area will have 4 of the standard 30-inch X 6-foot banquet tables. Game masters will be able to get into the room as early as 0730 to set up. I would like to open the doors by 0830 and begin gaming about 0900. Since we have the room all day, hopefully we can get in to rounds of games. We have to be "quiet" after 2200 and vacate the space no later than midnight.

As of now, we have the following games planned:
Carl & Robert – Column Line and Square III
Jeff – General d'Armee II
Chris, John, & Kieth – Napoleon's Battles 3rd Edition with Local House Rules.
I may do another NB table if I can find a volunteer to man the sign-in table.

No outside food or drink is allowed. There are plenty of resturants near by.
The Fort Harrison Inn has guest rooms available. Reservations can be made on line.

If you live within range, now's your chance: come this year to be sure there will be a convention next year. If you're part of a group, this is you opportunity to recruit and show the rest of us how Napoleonics should be done.

See you there!

That's within range, but it is probably going to be a mandatory work day for me.

If I only traveled, would be a lot of fun.

You planning on vendors? I have some 15mm painted figures to sell.

(a) not my plan. I will attend and put on a game, but I am not holding the convention. I just want it to ba a success for Paul, so there will be one next year.
(b) No vendors tables planned this year, but you would certainly not be the only attendee with "a few things in the trunk if anyone's interested."

Cool, I live five miles away.
