I played my second game of Bolt Action and wrote up a battle report.

1100 points of 1941 Australians vs 1941 Russians. Full battle report on my blog at here.

Many lessons were learnt.

Many lessons were learnt.

Yes, I never knew Australia and Russia were at war in 1941.

We have been using Bolt Action 3, to play games based in the Avalon Hill Blitzkrieg World. This makes for un-historical or pseudo historical games. We have used Force on Force and Spearhead as well. It's great fun to use all of our painted figures and get them on the table. In fact we have two games this week; Bolt Action3, Red (Soviet) vs Northeast (Polish) 1939 and Spearhead, Grey (German) vs Northeast and Tan (British) using 1939 orders of battle.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the variety.

Refreshing among the clutter.

You all know how to contact me.

One of you committee members flew part way across the country to meet me (well, at a mini con, still).

So I'm happy to help out if I can.

An interesting battle. If the dice have a hate on you, Comstar, you have no hope.

A pretty realistic scenario for a "what if" game. If this story were to continue, this would be entirely possible:
