Any ideas?

Warhammer chaos models. But generic tails may do.

Greenstuff?

I would do as ochoin suggests and use Greenstuff anchored by a pin or similar drilled into the horse.

A piece of wire bent to shape & covered w/greenstuff, or, a bundle of thin wires formed into a tail & stuck into place (look for multi-strand electric wire & strip off the insulation. Glue or epoxy the "tail" wires together to keep the shape.)

I've seen metal replacement tails on eBay from time to time. I also stumbled across a company selling plastic ones.

I saw those plastic ones. Would be good. Postage a lot though.

Trying to pic some missing parts for a part refund from an eBay seller.

They are reluctant and just want me to return for refund. No doubt so they can sell at auction to another mug.

No photos shown of horses rears or mention in description, say all complete less 2 bits, even though other bits are also missing.

Not the first seller to do this unfortunately.

They don't care about their customers, just looking for the most money.

Interestingly the models were previously sold at auction got almost twice what I paid. There's a story, I'm sure. Probably the same with a different ending.

May have to eBay to wrangle part refund.

Don't let these sellers get away with it.

If anyone in Australia bought a failed chaos army in December, I'd be keen to hear about it.

Easy enough to make your own, and you can make each one different from all the rest !

I did email them, then followed up to see if they got the first email.

Still no reply.

May end up going the, tails I do have/quicksil/sprue/toaster oven road.

Hmm…

I'll contact GW. See what replacements from them directly may cost. I dread to think…
