An excellent set of 1/72nd scale plastic US Army Infantry in Vietnam. Unlike the Pegasus set which is US Marines, and the Esci / Italeri set which is Special Forces these are standard Infantry. They are heavily laden with gear and are obviously on patrol.

A great set for the Mid-1960s. I suspect the US troops in any hot climate in combat would look very much like these guys almost anytime between about 1965 to about 1980.

Very nice. I like the color of plastic that you used.

Thank you TimePortal, but I just purchased them, the manufacturer is Haron in Ukraine.

Thanks for reading.

Wow, fantastic looking figures. It's a shame it's not one of my periods.

Blackhores, it could be…

I will most likely use them for NATO / Warsaw Pact forces or
US vs monsters / aliens, alien monsters…

Bunkermeister, I suppose I could see them in some 1970's or early 80's Cold War scenario. I did experiment with some mid-late 80's Cold War stuff in the late 80's, but by then the US Army had gone to the Kevlar helmet, and you definitely didn't run around with your sleeves rolled up in the field(at least not in any of the units I was in).So they juuust miss the time frame I was interested in…

As for the monsters and aliens…my preferred place for them is on the silver screen.grin
