A Zamboni is a vehicle that shaves the surface of ice for ice rinks. They have been around since Mr. Zamboni invented them just after WWII.; according to Wiki.
It's one of those things that I don't feel I need a big fleet of them, and I have no intentions at this time to make an ice rink, but I do have the Caesar Miniatures basketball players and a basketball stadium would make an okay ice rink without too much work, so maybe that will happen sometime in late 2037?
What figures would work for ice hockey players?

There are miniature figures of hockey players and a few games with miniature hockey rinks that use them. Some are very cartoonist and others are not. A couple of guys I game with have brought them on game nights to play a few games. They even had a 6 team "league" play out a tournament a few years back. Online searches may turn them up. I have no interest in sports so have no idea who produced these games or figures.

I literally had one of these packs in my hands a couple of days ago, but couldn't think of anything that I would use it with.

Zombie games! That's where a Zamboni would be super helpful. Clearing the mall scenario some to mind.

I like the idea about Zambonis

Interestingly, despite the fact that a Zamboni is only used (well, until the Zombie Apocalypse) for ice rinks it was actually invented in California

I thought of zombies, but I don't see the use of a Zamboni outside of an ice rink. That does give me a game idea, though.

Make a big ice rink with grids like in a racing game or Circus Maximus.

Get some Zambonis.

Inhabit the ice rink with zombies.

Start running over zombies.

High score wins.

You still need to figure out some details like zombie spawning, zombie attacks, ramming other Zamboni drivers, etc.

Lots of idea there apparently.
Still hoping for some 1/72nd scale ice hockey players.
Thanks for reading.

Here is a link to the hockey players I have purchased. They are nice.

If the link doesn't work search impact miniatures then search ice hockey players or just hockey on their site.
