I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble with Stone Mountain Miniatures on their orders?

I placed a small order for 6 sets of ACW 6mm flags back late November/early December. I knew it was the holiday season and didn't except a quick turnaround (everyone deserves their Holidays). I received the order right at the new year, no problems, but instead of the 6 sets of flags I ordered I got 4 completely different sets of flags.

I contacted Stone Mountain and they apologized and stated they would get the correct order out in the mail. It has now been 4 weeks since I heard from them and I sent a follow-up email the end of January to check the status of my order but have heard nothing from them since the beginning of January.

Is this normal? Just wondering if anyone else has had issues?
