Would there be any interest in doing another larger demo, say the Battle of Matz or Second Battle of Soissons? I am happy to bring all of the models and terrain. Here is what we did for Matz at Joy of Six a few years ago:

We went to Joy of Six the year after you… in 2019, you can see the report HERE! great convention to go… unfortunately the Covid, the Brexit… make the travel to Sheffield more difficult today 😢

Wonderful. We did something similar with the whole of the first day of the Battle of Cambrai. It was hosted in Bovington Tank Museum A very special day. Saumur would be a great option too. I have not been there yet. The museum has a working model of the St Chamond IIRC.

@monk2002uk every year since 20 years, there is a convention in the Saumur tanks museum… you can't miss it! 😉
We visit Bovington tank museum last august… previous visit was 40years before… 😊 it is bigger and more modern than Saumur one's!
We hope to go for the TankFest! ☺️

That looks like a good game, mate, even if the AIF blokes were off their game. :-)

I did visit Villers-Bretonneux and Amiens when I was in France (it's nearly compulsory for Australians), and managed to find one great uncle's name on the Wall (and possibly another's). As for the venue for the game, I'm really sorry I didn't know of that museum. I easily got down to Saumur and back by train, from Paris, and Meaux is just a two bus trip from St Germaine, so easily done.
