Do you flex by wearing other Con T shirts to the one you are attending? Like, should I wear my LVO shirt to AdeptiCon? |

More like represent than flex, but I do wear convention tshirts at other conventions. We see it all the time: people wear convention tshirts to other conventions, concert tshirts to other concerts, martial arts club tshirts to seminars given by other clubs or arts, etc. We're all part of the greater communities and represent our backgrounds and experiences when we're out in those situations. |

The UK trend is to wear a Club t-shirt at a show especially if you and your club is presenting a game otherwise wear what you like. Most UK shows don't have a 'Con T shirt' as such with most shows being for one day only. |

"Flex"? But I usually wear something denoting experience, group affiliation or period. Cons are full of strangers, and it's a good way to start a conversation. |

Flex"? " to show off or boast about something, especially in a way that's intended to impress others." |

Rats. I thought this would be a thread of pics of miniature gamers flexing their bods in Con shirts. On second thought, it's probably good that it's not. |

Well, given that I have never bought a convention shirt, I would have to say no. |

I'll wear old Con T-shirts as most are 20 years old! |

T-Shirts? So 20th century….. |

I'll wear old Con T-shirts as most are 20 years old! Well-made t-shirts well taken care of! Cons are full of strangers, and it's a good way to start a conversation. Agreed. |

Thank you, Sun King. I shall, however, continue to "boast" "brag" or "show off." (Not that thrilled about "drop" as a synonym for "release" "display" or "publish" either. The new trend in language strikes me as monosyllabic.) |
