I think the 'standard' infantry stand for both is 1" x 3/4" inch, with the smaller Cmd and patrol stands being 1/2 x 3/4". I think the "weapons" platoon stands are 1" x 1". Can someone either confirm those or give me the correct dimensions? I've bought some painted 1/72 figures at a flea market, and I've got time to base them up. I've got both Command Decision (V1) and Combined Arms rules, but they are in storage in the US. I primarily play Combined Arms. Thanks in advance |

3/4" square for infantry stands, 1+1/2" by 3/4" for double sized stands, standard size stands for command and patrols but only one figure. Personally I find these stands too small but I am told that these dimensions were scaled to fit 2 stands in the open back of a ROCO truck. |

Original CD used small bases so they would fit into "HO" scale trucks. CD2 suggested these sizes for 20mm/1/72nd: 3/4 inch square (20 x 20mm) for std and patrol stands 1 1/4 x 3/4 inch (30 x 20mm) for double sized stands Cheers David |

As above , yes they are the right CD base sizes, and designed to fit in the back of a model truck. Personally I would go with much bigger bases, as even the double sized bases are pretty tight for a full platoon irl. |
