"1744 Battle of Madonna dell'Olmo - Regiment Mallorca Alferez" Topic

I saw – and I am very happy about that – an increasing interest from the British/US fans for Piedmont an its stunning armies that above all in the XVIII and XIX fought various and victorious Battles on the battlefields of Italy (and Crimea in XIX Century).
Following this feeling, having collected a lot of info about that period, both on uniforms and on battles I decided to try to reproduce with papersoldiers the Battle of Madonna dell'Olmo in 1744 where the Piedmontese (with little support from the Imperial Army) faced a French/Spanish Army trying to help the town of Cuneo at that moment sieged.
While for the French Army there is a plenty of info, the same cannot be said about the Spanish Army of the Period.
So I started my reaseaches and I found my way to recreate the uniforms of the Regiments that fought at the battle (OOB will follow as well);
making long history short I started with the Mallorca Regiment and I prepared the template for the Standards:
