I want to publicly post my appreciation for the customer service at the Last Square. A recent order did not arrive using the USPS. It was insured and we don't know what happened exactly. The records of the USPS state it was delivered citing some details of the delivery. However, I have not personally received the item. While it may have been stolen or delivered to a wrong address by accident, I don't know what happened.

When I contacted the customer service email for the Last Square, the contact Bev, was very gracious and has taken the time to investigate, follow up and attempt to take care of my order. I truly am thankful that she has made such efforts to help a customer with a not so large order. While I don't do much mail order, I will put the Last Square at the top of my list of trusted vendors. I hope others would consider them, if they have the items you may be looking for.

Our hobby is definitely a niche entertainment sector and these vendors are a key part of our hobby. I appreciate the care that Bev at the Last Square has shown for my order. Oh, and yes, I'm selecting a different carrier for my shipping next time or a more secure delivery method. Thank you

I'll second this comment Mike. Bev and Carl are great. If you ever get the chance to drop in to see them in person it is a wonderful experience, real mid-west hospitality. They are great ambassadors for our hobby.

Kevin – Are they still located out there in the middle of nowhere?

I'd heard of this business (formerly had a retail shop?) and made a futile attempt to go there in 2019 when I was in Madison for a few weeks scouting for a house move but never could find it, just wandered around in the Wisconsin boonies for a while, got thoroughly lost, finally had to give it up. Didn't know at the time the business had shifted to a private house.

My experience over the years has always been excellent.

It is literally out in the country on top of a hill. When I went there a few years ago it felt kind of like I was snooping around somebody's house. I am sure that they have got things a lot more organized since I was there. They had only recently moved when I was there. They had quite a large retail space when they had the store on the west side of Madison.

I too have always received excellent and friendly service from The Last Square from my first order in 1997, when I served at the US Embassy in Warsaw, Poland, through today.
