Model is a GHQ Micronaut & 1/2400.
Maya was a Chokai class heavy cruiser, she took part in the battle of the Komandorski Islands in 1943, and was eventually sunk by USS Dace or Darter at the battle of Leyte Gulf in october 1944.

Nice job. I love IJN cruisers from WWII, they are all interesting builds. I guess the same can be said for pre-war US heavy cruisers. While the "mass-produced" cruisers of the war years were great ships, they lost some of their charm when compared to the pre-war crop.
