"Praise to Pendraken and the Royal Mail." Topic

I recently ordered a bunch of 10mm fantasy figures from Pendraken to the US. The figures were great, of course. I want to call out Pendraken for the great figs and service, but also to the Royal Mail. I hear Brits complain a fair bit about them, but I received emails every step of the way from the Royal Mail (as an American) and knew where the figures where every step of the way up to my door. Even with tracking on with the US mail, I never received such thorough and detailed email reports. Bravo! I was impressed. I don't know what troubles they face domestically, but I was very happy to see the reports I got even though I never expected them.

I could never solve the 'Capcha' puzzles! When my package finally hit US shores, I could then track it thru USPS services.
None the less, the Pendragon minis were wonderful!

How long did your order take, from placement of order to your door?

That's great news, good to hear that everything arrived safely.

There doesn't seem to be any 'trend' to the Royal Mail delivery times, we get some packages arriving in 4-5 days and others taking 2-3 weeks at times. It's very odd!

Mine took about 5 days once shipped. I ordered over the holidays (just past Christmas) so it was a few days before the order went out (and that was fully expected- Leon should get a holiday, too).
