Once has orcs and it looks like 3 trolls, maybe mercenaries who look to paid by collecting bridge tolls in perpetuity if they succeed in taking the bridge. The other side has dwarves. I guess the goblins weren't involved in this action of the Orc and Goblin war. Were the goblins and orcs allies or enemies, or did they switch sides sometimes?
