Beautiful!

I always like your work. But the detail on the pelisses and saddle cloths is amazing

It looks as though you prime black. What paints do you use for the blue and the white?

Thanks

John

Extraordinary, as usual. The Black Hussar 28mm range I'd never heard of, but some of those figures – French engineers and gunners in winter dress? – are sorely tempting for this 15/18mm chap. Very inspiring stuff.

His work is amazing. Personally I like washes for 20mm figures (surely not not my chosen scale) but his book is sill my "go to" for highlighting.

Are not Black Hussar survivors of the Westfalia range of Niels Rullkotter? Now given over to the insanity side of fantasy, goblins, dragons, demons etc. What a loss to 28mm, itself now just a nostalgia trip to me

I have run out of superlatives for your work, so I'll give you one of these: 👍
