Here is a list of Battles the French won. If anyone has any to add please do.

Coulmiers (November 9, 1870)

Description: This was a significant French victory during the early stages of the war. The French Army of the Loire, under General d'Aurelle de Paladines, defeated a Bavarian force led by General von der Tann.

Skirmishes Around Belfort (November 3, 1870 – February 18, 1871)

Description: Throughout the Siege of Belfort (November 3, 1870 – February 18, 1871), the French garrison, led by Colonel Denfert-Rochereau, successfully defended the fortress against repeated German attacks.

Battle of Hallue (December 23–24, 1870)

Description: The French Northern Army, led by General Faidherbe, engaged the German forces in a hard-fought battle near Amiens. Although the result was inconclusive, the French managed to prevent a decisive German breakthrough and inflicted substantial casualties.

Battle of Bapaume (January 3, 1871)

Description: Another engagement involving General Faidherbe's Northern Army, this battle against German forces near Bapaume ended in a French tactical victory. Faidherbe successfully delayed the German advance.

Battle of Villersexel (January 9, 1871)

Description: During this engagement in eastern France, the French Eastern Army, under General Charles Bourbaki, defeated German forces and retook the town of Villersexel.

Strategically the war was one-sided but tactically much more of a close thing.
