Not content to sit on my laurels of the mass BF-109 build link I decided to up my game and build all seven of the Polikarpov I-15 fighters in one push. This will be in two waves; the Encore kits link and the Aviation USK models link

Neither are particularly well made models so this might be a mistake…..we shall see

Nice start on those!
I'm all for building in mass. I have a bunch of T-26 and 7TP tanks on the go at the moment.

Best aeroplane of the War!

Silurian, I hope those are the Pegasus easy-build ones, way too many tiny roadwheels otherwise

John the OFM, And it's got some of the sexiest spats too!

Mass builds are the way to go. I always built at least one single to find out the hard spots, or where the instructions are wrong or vague. Sometimes I change up the order so it is easier to make sub-assemblies and have them dry while I work on the next group.
Good job.

Certainly a cool looking plane.

Will follow with interest. I prefer batch builds, most of mine are multiples. You did pick some old kits for this one and I will be curious to see how well they go together.

Anton. No, they are the Mirage ones. They seem to be the most accurate and detailed. But I cheated! I ordered a load of 3D printed wheel and track assemblies.

Looking forward to seeing more progress with your planes.
