Looks good and I think the faint hex outlines are really a plus.

I think the faint hexes strike a nice balance: if you need to see them for placement of an A/C stand, it's easy to pick them out: they're clear enough to see. but if you're just looking at it as a sea surface, the faint hex lines almost blend into the froth of moving water/waves, get lost in the process and become virtually invisible to the casual observer. Useful without being intrusive.
