At the blog is an outline of changes to be made
to rework the WRG rules to a set resembling DBA.

The work in progress of tests will be posted to the blog.

Used to occasionally play the WRG rules. Interesting project. Please update here as progress is made. Thanks.

Should have a post early next week.

Didn't Nick Dorell basically do this already (sort of…) with Twilight of the Soldier Kings? The Twilight series isn't quite DBA anymore, but you can kind of see the skeleton in there if you squint.

I'm also interested in how this comes out – and in seeing the miniatures you use to test it. grin

I have marched through a cavalcade of WRG rule sets
since the early 70s and later DBA1.0, 2.0, 2.2 and, 3.0
having little need of exploring other rule sets.

I am debating how best to present this, most likely each
post will focus on one aspect of the rules with photos and
a brief description of the sequence phase.

…rework the WRG rules to a set resembling DBA.

Why?

I like the challenge.
