this is a fairly simple scheme to do, as it does not include any camo, and was very common throughout WW2. It provides a good solution to make your US ships distinctive & easily recognizable on the tabletop. It is however a bit lacking in contrast, here are a few tips to make it pop more :

Very well done on those U.S. ships, Foxbat. For even more contrast you can vary the hue a bit. Freshly painted Navy Blue as in Measure 21 was quite a bit darker than when the ships had been at sea for a while.

The blues that the U.S. used tended to gray out a bit after the ships spent some time at sea. For early war U.S. ships there is also Measure 11 which is basically the same as Measure 21 but with Sea Blue as the color vs. Navy Blue. Not a ton of difference though especially after the ships have bee at sea for a while.
