I had almost forgotten the last of my carriages. It looks infinitely better once based light this by James; generalpicton.blogspot.com This proved quite interesting. It started as a 3D print US stagecoach of the 1870s and that was quite a sturdy off road vehicle!. To age it I lowered the roof, significantly advanced the front axle, added C spring suspension, stuck a spare external seat from Franznap on the back and an elevated front seat covered with Greenstuff. I had a few spare eagles, so I pressed them into the sides before setting. The postillions are French artillery drivers from Zvezda, well concealed by loaks and silly hats. You should see the modelling of the buildings in real life! |
