Thanks to the generosity of TMP readers, there has been much progress in building a new home for our staff editor and her family, evicted from their home.

Yesterday, Jacklex Miniatures stopped trading. These were very flexible figures that could be used for periods other than their stated use. Some examples of how I used them are posted at:

That's sad – they are beautiful figures!

That's awful! They had recently made some nice additions to their mix with new sculpts, including late WWI and the Sino-Japanese war. I was using the Chinese figures to expand my Boxer Rebellion Imperial Chinese forces. This is very bad news to me. I'm bummed.

I bought a number of figures off ebay once and it took me awhile to figure out what they were since no one in the states that I knew was gaming with them. Sad when a small vendor goes out of business.

korsun0, you are right, I forgot about some of the nice uniform plates, I wish I'd downloaded them when I had the chance.

Anyone out there got copies?

I have the Russo-Japanese war painting guides and the French intervention in Mexico guide if you are interested in either.
