A great market for Uber and lyft drivers. I'd want to be tipped up front.

The last time I went to the emergency room, I took an Uber. 5 minute wait vs. 45 minutes for the ambulance.

The main message of the Russian blogger is that the use of non-standard vehicles by troops should not be prohibited. Since the standard vehicles are not enough to perform all the tasks in the conditions of a modern battle (saturation of the skies above the frontline zone with kamikaze drones) and they perish quite quickly. Moreover, this situation is on both sides of the front line.
