Strange that they don't quote from Nostradamus to let us judge for ourselves what he predicted.

jekinder04 Dec 2024 5:16 p.m. PST

This crap has been been going around for 250 years plus. He predicted Napoleon, Hitler and the end of the world every 20 years or so. The only good thing to come out of Nostradamus is the Al Stewart song.

I always use the Farmers' Almanac for winter storm warnings. Buy it in July and be ready!

There are those who find Nostradamus credible, bless their hearts.

I would like to see an AI trained exclusively on Nostradamus. grin

Read his (translated) quatrains decades ago along with editorial commentary. The biggest crock of nothing I have ever encountered. I do acknowledge Nostradamus is a great name.

Zephyr104 Dec 2024 9:54 p.m. PST

He wrote hundreds of quatrains/predictions, and only about 4 were accurate (and another dozen or so were close.) You'd have better odds asking a Magic 8 Ball to predict your future… ;-)

Bunk, utter bunk

Captain Sensible05 Dec 2024 1:04 p.m. PST

This is a gross misinterpretation of his prediction. It actually refers to the return of the McRib sandwich at McDonalds!

Does he say anything about tomorrow's lottery numbers ?

It's not for me; I'm just asking for a friend …
