That's going to be fun to paint.

It won't help against radar, but there is no reason not to defend against being spotted by the low-tech eye-and-brain system, especially for the cost of just paint.

The paint presumably will be formulated to help mask the IR signature.

The Swedish navy uses a splinter pattern camouflage of shades of gray. It's not dazzle, but in the same family.
