Some of my wishlist books dropped in price for Amazon's Black Friday pricing, which lead me to notice that a couple entire series are so afflicted:

The Essential Identification Guide series.
I haven't seen inside any of these, pros/cons by an owner appreciated.

The Technical Guides series.
Also never seen inside any of these.

Most of Michael Claringbould's Pacific Profiles series.
I have most of these, and I'll keep getting them as he writes more. These are basic Pacific theater squadron histories with insignia and side profiles to show camo schemes and insignia locations.

I have the Pz/PzGr EIG and found them extremely useful with lots of I formation on the various units along with organizational info. Plus lots of great illustrations. Well worth it from my perspective.

Didn't realize they had expanded the range though. I'll have to take a more thorough look

I have a few of the armor Essential Guides, and have high praise for them. I have the Russian Tech Guide and I like it, but it is not as packed with useful info like the Essential Guides are.
