We resume General Pettygree's Western story, Powder River in Act 2 "WARPATH" here: link See the BIG SKY out west, Red Hat's Village, treachery, profound stupidity and naturally – C Troop. Imagine you are back in an old time theatre decades ago in the USA with popcorn, soft drinks and pards on a fine Saturday afternoon. Colorful images and dialogue tell the story of dangers and conflict out West. Now git along! Respectfully, Bill P. Chronicler for The Adventures of General Pettygree |

Cool!! I have really enjoyed these two installments. I have hundreds of figures painted for that era, but there are a few I don't recognize. Could you tell me the manufacturer of the Indian scout wearing the kepi, yellow scarf and blue vest, please? I recognize the Conquest figures they identify as Crazy Horse and Gall, but could you tell me the manufacturer of the other Lakota? Thanks. Tom |

Thank you very much, Everyone!, Tom that miniature was given to me by a friend in England in 1985 when I visited him. Typically he had 30mm Suren castings. That would be my guess. Tradition of London carries 30mm Surens. Cheers, Bill |

Tom, --- I'm percolating an idea for June 1876/2026. What scale do you have? 28mms, etc. or? Approximately how many warriors and US Army castings in that scale? Send your answer to oldregimerules@msn.com --- Cheers, Bill |

Bill, email sent. Thanks for the figure info. I did not realize the old Surens were still available. I thought they were great figures when they came out. Looking at the photos today, maybe not so much so by today's standards. But I do like that Indian scout. Tom |
