Here is a link to a report of a refight of the 1638 Battle of Wittenweier. The figures used are 10mm – a mix of Pendraken, Irregular, Newline and Lancer Miniatures. The rules used were Twilight of Divine Right.

Great looking game and nice, comprehensive write-up. Like the historical notes too. Looking forward to getting this to the table myself in due course (I am fighting the scenarios from this book plus Europe's Tragedy more or less in order)

Whirlwind, I am following your posts with interest. You are much more systematic than me in your approach in working through these battles. Your experience confirms my impressions that the scenarios in the Twilight books are well designed, giving a good game even when the odds are long.
