Its taken me a few weeks to get organised but the full write up on the Assault on Urga game is no on the blog, lots of pictures, full OOB, of the game not the actual battle, and the game report. Went really well, hope you enjoy the post.

Very nice. What rules were used for this?

RogerC19 Nov 2024 2:50 p.m. PST

We use a slightly amended, tidied up, version of Triumph of the Will

Wish I could have been there to watch, thanks for the AAR and photos though!

One of my favorite blogs.

Very kind cheers

Do you like the rules? There is very little mention of the Triumph of the Will on the internet even though the Back of Beyond remains a popular period.

I do like the rules yes, they are early TFL rules and needed a bit of clarifying and tweaking, especially the firing mechanism but having done that we really enjoy them.

Wonderful post. I have a copy of Triumph of the Will. The firing mechanism is definitely a little clunky. Can you share how you tweaked them? Thanks!

RogerC09 Jan 2025 3:00 p.m. PST

I can share all of the tweaks in an updated word doc, just need to know where to send it Nick.
