"Rebuilding a website is a sign of activity although I don't think there was anything wrong with the old one."
"one expects a better online store in 2025."
Modern sites are atrocious.
Pop up things you have to deal with, like cookies, but also others. Even recently couldn't order from GW due to card details being stuck off screen, so couldn't finalize payment. Their site can be annoying. Mantic changed from a very usable site to a less fun one.
I think it is when they, like Mantic, change from a start up type site, to a "we know how we are making money now, these are our target customers, everyone else can go jump," type site.
I'm sure if either found their target market 60+, you would see a different site, if they bothered with it at all.
Just wait, they'll be like Temu next.
