Just heard they are back with a new website, bit clunky as you need to scroll through the whole range otherwise they appear to be back

Nice that they are back.

Yes, a clunky site. From a quick visit, it appears that you have to search both "Japanese" and "IJA" in order to see all of the Japanese infantry. And "British" won't show you any infantrymen. You have to look through a variety of "B" codes.

I wish them well, but one expects a better online store in 2025.

Rebuilding a website is a sign of activity although I don't think there was anything wrong with the old one.

Has anyone placed an order AND received it recently?

So has anyone had success with the new FAA website?

They still don't appear to be answering email or phone calls :-(

Happy to say that a friend in Virginia placed an order for me two weeks ago and they arrived last Friday in Australia

Only drawback is for non US customers who will need to go via an intermediary in the US

A Christmas Miracle!

Thank you Simon for the helpful update.

Just an update, expecting a second shipment from my friend later today (0200 Monday here currently) and the second part in a week or two, mainly due to all the snow you guys seem to be getting

Could do with a list of what the letters in the codes mean. Some are obvious, but not all of them

"one expects a better online store in 2025."

Modern sites are atrocious.

Pop up things you have to deal with, like cookies, but also others. Even recently couldn't order from GW due to card details being stuck off screen, so couldn't finalize payment. Their site can be annoying. Mantic changed from a very usable site to a less fun one.

I think it is when they, like Mantic, change from a start up type site, to a "we know how we are making money now, these are our target customers, everyone else can go jump," type site.

I'm sure if either found their target market 60+, you would see a different site, if they bothered with it at all.

Just wait, they'll be like Temu next.

I just use GoDaddy, pretty easy to use though I do admit my technical skills are sadly lacking so the front page is very bare but have photos of most packs
