I just finished 40 native infantry for my 1/72nd scale French Foreign Legion project. I'll be using the Sword and the Flame variant for rules, which calls for 100 native foot figures in the native basic force. I had previously finished 20, so this gives me 60 of the one hundred I need.
I started a batch of 20 Legionaires and a French force commander to take a break from painting irregulars.
This is a project I've had in mind or a very long time!

Good luck. Sounds like a great project.
