With the popularity of Pulp Alley and Savage Worlds, among others, I was wondering if anyone is still using GASLIGHT? I am going to run a GASLIGHT game this Friday with my gaming group and was just curious.

Haven't used it for several years – did dig the rules out the other week for a look.

I sold off my 25mm VSF collection to concentrate on my Martian Empire figures.

I do still have the rules.

It's a good system. Much like TSATF, it can have multiple uses. Magic? Advanced Science.

I didn't find it as user-friendly or versatile as Pulp Alley, so sold my copy and stuck with PA (which also works fine as a set of skirmish rules for historicals -- just drop the "Perils" cards, the initiative/move/combat/morale mechanics work just fine without those.

G.A.S.L.I.G.H.T. is a set of rules i would like to collect as a whole including the Compendiumw/o loosing an arm and a leg.

Pulp Alley, need to finally look into that one.

I still use them, but not religiously as written. Easy to modify and adapt to spur-of-the-moment games and scenarios.

A Fistful of Lead and its spinoffs and expansions also looks much more what I want in a skirmish game, whether historical or "Pulp."
