The Imperial forces of the Qing Dynasty were unable to hold back the hordes of indoctrinated God Worshipers of the Heavenly Kingdom, who tore through the Imperial matchlock men to seize the defended town. Once inside the town, the holy Brethren indulged in a terrible cleansing of the heretics by massacring every man, women, child, cat, dog and even mouse. Severed heads rolled down cobbled streets like bowling balls in a bowling alley; decapitated carcases were piled 2 storeys high in the market square, all in the name of the Heavenly Peaceful Kingdom. And, as would be expected, the Imperial commanding general paid for his failure and incompetence with his head….
