Can anyone point me to some French General types, I have a few from Foundry, Castaway and Age of Eagles but could do with some more!
Thanks,

Tally Ho!

Not sure what scale you are looking for – but the Strelets big box – The Last Assault on Sevastopol – has quite a few French officers/staff which would also work for the Franco/Prussian War.

Not got any Perry Miniatures?

nickinsomerset29 Oct 2024 1:08 a.m. PST

Sadly no Perry mounted commanders, yet!

Edit – Although these chaps may do – TA 50 Uruguayan mounted officers

Have you looked on John Boadle's blog? He's been busy doing conversions from various Perry base figures – not all FPW – for his French 1970 staff to represent various people as they appeared in contemporary paintings.

Cheers Midlander, interesting, not sure I want to put as much work in as that, but some Paraguayan chaps are on their way! If only they produced single Cavalry standard bearers!

You can tell if they're married?

@ Advocate
They all act like they are unmarried… after all they are French!
