I placed an order with Black Tree Designs back on September 1st, and have yet to hear anything of it since. I've tried to contact them via e-mail, but no luck. Does anyone else know of another way to get in contact with them? |

How did you pay? See if you can do a charge back through your bank, credit card or Paypal. Pease act quickly, some of wargames group lost a lot of money waiting for a large order from Black Tree Designs.

I always check TMP now before I make a purchase with a company I have never bought from. It has saved me wasting my money several times. |

I have ordered from BTD UK about four or five times. Never had an issue. From UK to New Zealand in a few weeks. Once I was missing some Zulu shields and they had them with me a few weeks later – more of them I needed in fact. I have no idea how they manage to earn both praise and complaints at the same time. |

I have 3 orders in with BTD – no contact from them yet, but its only a month or two… |
